Enat Bank opened its 74th branches in Addis Ababa around Gulele in front of Medhanialem High School in Tenaw Building.

The branch is named after a renowned Ethiopian Women “Aster Ganno”, she was an Ethiopian Bible translator who worked together with the well-known Onesimos Nesib to translate the complete Bible into Oromiffa, which was printed in 1899. Aster also translated a book of Bible stories and wrote 500 traditional Oromo riddles, fables, proverbs and songs, many of which were published in a volume for beginning readers (1894). She later worked with Onesimos in compiling an Oromo hymnbook. It is also known that a large amount of folklore she collected is still unpublished.
