Enat Bank is getting ready to launch a new mobile banking app, rebuilt from the ground up around one idea: banking should be fast, secure, and simple enough to do from anywhere.
Here is a first look at what is coming.
Your fingerprint is your key
Sign in with your fingerprint or face instead of typing a PIN every time. Biometric login is quicker, and it means only you can open your banking. Your PIN stays as a backup whenever you need it.
Open an account with your Fayda ID
New customers can register directly from their phone using their Fayda national digital ID. Identity is verified digitally, so there is less paperwork, fewer branch visits, and you can be banking within minutes.
Smarter ways to get paid
Two new options make collecting money easier. Request to Pay sends a payment request straight to the customer's phone, and they approve it with one tap. USSD Push does the same for customers without a smartphone or data, so anyone can pay. Every transfer shows the details and charges before you confirm, and receipts arrive instantly.
Five languages, one easier journey
Bank in the language you think in. The app is available in English, Amharic, Afaan Oromoo, Somali and Arabic, and you can switch at any time from the first screen.
Connected to the services you already use
Pay wallets, rides, merchants and utilities from one place. The new platform connects to partners such as Chapa, Fayda, Ride, ArifPay and EthSwitch through a single integration gateway, which means new services can be added faster than before.

- A cleaner home screen with Quick Transfer and Quick Payment, so the things you do most are one tap away
- Bill, school fee, fuel, water and airline payments built in
- Clearer transaction history with immediate receipts and notifications for every successful or failed transaction
- Transaction details and applicable charges shown before you confirm
Coming soon
The new Enat mobile app is in its final stage and will be available soon on Android and iOS. Existing customers will be guided through a simple activation; new customers can open an account from the app itself.
