7. እ.ኤ.አ ሰኔ 30 ቀን 2023 ስለተጠናቀቀው ሂሳብ ዓመት የተጣራ ትርፍ አደላደል እና አከፋፈል ላይ በቀረበው የውሳኔ ሃሳብ መሰረት መወያየትና ፣
8. የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ ባቀረበው የትርፍ አደላደል እና አከፋፈል ላይ የውጭ ኦዲተር ለጠቅላላ ጉባኤው አስተያየት እንዲሰጥ ማድረግና ጉባኤው እንዲያፀድቅ መጠየቅ፣
9. የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ አባላት እ.ኤ.አ የ2022/2023 የሂሳብ ዓመት የአገልግሎት ክፍያን እና እ.ኤ.አ የ2023/2024 ወርሃዊ አበል ክፍያን መወሰን ፣ 
10. እ.ኤ.አ የ2023/2024 እስከ 2025/2026 የሶስት ዓመት የውጪ ኦዲተርን መምረጥና ክፍያን መወሰን፣
11. የዳይሬክተሮች ቦርድ አባላትን ምርጫ ማከናወን ፣
12. የጠቅላላ ጉባኤውን ቃለጉባኤ ማíደቅ ናቸው  ፡፡

በጉባኤው ላይ በአካል መገኘት ለማትችሉ ባለአክሲዮኖቸ ከስብሰባው እለት ሶስት ቀናት በፊት ካዛንቺስ የቀድሞው ዮርዳኖስ ሆቴል ፊት ለፊት እናት ታወር ላይ በሚገኘው የባንኩ ዋና መ/ቤት 1ኛ ፎቅ ፋይናንስና አካውንትስ መምሪያ በመቅረብ ባንኩ ባዘጋጀው የውክልና ቅጽ ላይ በመሙላት ተወካዮቻችሁን ማሳተፍ ትችላላችሁ % ወይም ተወካዮቻችሁ አግባብ ካለው የፌዴራል ወይም የክልል የሰነዶች ማረጋገጫና ምዝገባ ጽ/ቤት የተሰጠ በስብሰባ ለመሳተፍና ድምፅ ለመስጠት የሚያስችል የውክልና ሰነድ ዋናውንና ፎቶ ከፒውን ይዘው በመቅረብ መሳተፍ የሚችሉ መሆኑን በአክብሮት እናስታውቃለን፡፡
